Back@Work Physical Therapy Helping Industries Reduce Injuries

Dr. Schroeder, Physical Therapist and owner of Back@Work Physical Therapy has be busy helping the refineries in Casper and Sinclair Wyoming that are owned by Sinclair Oil to implement Fit for Duty Testing programs.  These programs are a proven method to assist the employer in selecting a new employee who is capable of performing the job that the are being hired for.   Another of Dr. Schroeder’s recent projects has involved working with Orbital ATK in Clearfield, Utah on improving the ergonomics of the manufacturing process on casings for the Trident missile used by the US Navy.   Dr. Schroeder has 15 years experience implementing these types of programs for industries.
